  • In a 5-quart slow cooker, place onion & chicken.
  • In a small bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, orange zest & garlic, then pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with apricots & cranberries, then cover & cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
  • Great served over rice.

  3. I made this on the stovetop with boneless/skinless chicken thighs. This is a nice fruity chicken, excellent served over brown rice or bulgur.
