Made this for a quick breakfast; I used deli ham and it was very good. Will have to make this on the weekend for DH. Made for I Recommend Holiday Tag.

I fried up a ham steak and soft fried my egg and served on a slice of wholemeal/wholegrain buttered toast and with a sprinkle of pepper on the top and thoroughly enjoyed for lunch, thank you Chef #807549, made for I Recommend tag game and recommended by breezermom.

What's not to like? I normally fry my eggs in butter, but was happy to try it with olive oil. Great quick and easy breakfast.
