I've used sumac before, so knew the flavor. I've never had it on eggs though, so I was a bit timid in the sprinkling....loved it. I did eat this with fruit and toast, and ever since I was a kid, I've drug my toast through my egg....just delicious! Thanks for a delicious breakfast today! Made for ZWT.

I replaced a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon per egg) of the olive oil with butter. The amount of sumac was also reduced a little. Served with Recipe #443953, fresh orange slices and strawberries and corn tortillas to scoop up the eggs. Fresh cilantro for garnish and color. Thanks for posting! Will make again very soon and have added the recipe to my cooking menu rotation. The eggs would be delicious served over raw or lightly wilted greens, especially arugula. Reviewed fro NA*ME tag.
