  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 14 cup butter, softened
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

  • Combine all ingredients except the pie shell in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
