Fluffy Beef Meat Loaf

"This is the one and only meat loaf recipe my husband will allow me to make."

• Ingredients: 12
• Yields: 1 loaf
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1 1⁄4 cups milk
• 1 egg
• 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 tablespoon catsup
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Mix with hands to blend thoroughly.
3. Turn into loaf pan.
4. Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

This was a very tasty meatloaf ~ I made as directed, except for the milk part ~ I only added about 1/2 cup milk, as that's all I had. I was wondering what the milk added to the recipe ...? Nonetheless, this had a great flavor, was moist with a nice crunchy crust to it. Thanks for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2010!
