ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix with hands to blend thoroughly.
- Turn into loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

This was a very tasty meatloaf ~ I made as directed, except for the milk part ~ I only added about 1/2 cup milk, as that's all I had. I was wondering what the milk added to the recipe ...? Nonetheless, this had a great flavor, was moist with a nice crunchy crust to it. Thanks for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2010!
