DIRECTIONS

  • Arrange fish on baking sheet.
  • Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Combine mayonnaise, capers and parsley; spread on top of fillets.
  • Bake in 425F oven 8 minutes for fresh fish, and then broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with lemon slices.
