    g fish fillets, steamed and flaked
  • 2
    large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 2
    small sweet onions, chopped finely
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix fish, potatoes, onions and salt together in a bowl.
  • Make 6 round balls from the mixture.
  • Flatten the balls lightly with your palms.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Coat cutlets with beaten egg before frying them.
  • Fry the cutlets until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain off excess oil using kitchen paper.
