  • Add beef, sausage (if using), mushroom and onions to fry pan and cook until brown.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over toast or whatever you like. Sit by a fire and enjoy!

  1. Not a big fan of sausage, so I left that out. However, the rest of this recipe I thought was great! The only other thing I did differently, was I added a tad less garlic powder (only 1 tsp) and added 1 tsp of beef "Better than Bullion". The Better than Bullion gives it so much more flavor. Awesome served over mashed potatoes!

Never cooked much before and I am having a blast learning new recipes and techniques. I also have become addicted to this site. Everyone is wonderful and I have made things I have never heard of before and loving every minute! Needless to say, my husband is enjoying it also. So, show me to that steel box in the kitchen and BRING IT ON!!!!!!
