Fajita Chicken and Marinade

"Restaurant style marinade for fajitas. You can marinate your veggies in this as well."

ingredients

• 1 lb chicken, flattened evenly to 1/2 inch and scored
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 2 limes, juice of
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag or bowl and add chicken.
2. Marinate for minimum 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
3. Grill.
