  • Beat together eggs and sugar. Add milk slowly and beat. Add all dry ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour batter in a funnel--hold the hole closed w/ your finger. Next, remove finger and create designs while pouring it into the hot oil. BE VERY CAREFUL! (2 inches of oil). Turn onto.
  • other side until both sides are golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar. We also like to add cinnamon as well.
  • Yummy!
  • PS -- I highly recommend you make a double batch!

    Really good I just added some French Vanilla creamer with my Milk and a some some cinnamon and less flour. .... my girls loved them I adds frozen cool whip with powder sugar and chocolate syrup. ..

    MMM. So good I could not eating them. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on them. I agree with the title they did indeed taste like the ones you get at the fair. Thanks for the post.

    Very good. I did add more suger because the first batch was not sweet enough. I made this for my bf and I and we have so much left over batter that I am going to use it for monte cristos tonight.
