  • 1 head broccoli, crown cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 (435 ml) jar alfredo sauce (any type)
  • 14 kg smoked salmon (previously frozen from the deli section of your grocery store is fine)
  • pasta, penne is the best (any type)
  • salt & pepper

directions

  • Cut up the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crumble the smoked salmon.
  • Over medium heat, heat the alfredo sauce.
  • Add the broccoli and smoked salmon.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm until heated through.
  • Enjoy as a sauce to the pasta.

  1. Really bland. Also, the broccoli was way too crunchy and raw-tasting in the amount of 'heating' time stated in the recipe and completely over-powered the delicate salmon. Sorry.
