- 1 head broccoli, crown cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 (435 ml) jar alfredo sauce (any type)
- 1⁄4 kg smoked salmon (previously frozen from the deli section of your grocery store is fine)
- pasta, penne is the best (any type)
- salt & pepper
directions
- Cut up the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crumble the smoked salmon.
- Over medium heat, heat the alfredo sauce.
- Add the broccoli and smoked salmon.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm until heated through.
- Enjoy as a sauce to the pasta.
