This is a great recipe! We love it with Fritos Scoops. Everytime I serve it at a party, people just gobble it up! When they ask for the recipe I am embarassed, because it is so simple. I have also spread this on tortillas and rolled them up and let them sit for a few hours. Then I cut them in 1 inch slices and serve with additional salsa on the side. YUMMY!

Try using a can of Rotel Tomatoes and Chiles—whatever heat you prefer—and drain the can, reserving the liquid in case you need to thin your dip slightly. Don't forget to refrigerate for a few hours before serving, so that the cream cheese has time to firm back up. Have made it this way for ages. It's delicious.
