Easy Chicken Stir Fry

"Original recipe comes from Kraft's Dinner On Hand cookbook. I used different dressing and different veggies but you can use whatever you like. I serve with egg rolls."

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut up
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle kraft asian toasted sesame dressing
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • chow mein noodles (optional)
  • soy sauce (optional)

directions

  • Stir fry chicken with a little bit of dressing for 10 minutes.
  • Add veggies and more dressing (enough to cover). Cook 10 more minutes.
  • Put rice onto plate and top with stir fry mixture.
  • Add soy sauce and chow mein noodles if desired.
