- 1 lb chicken breast, cut up
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle kraft asian toasted sesame dressing
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- chow mein noodles (optional)
- soy sauce (optional)
directions
- Stir fry chicken with a little bit of dressing for 10 minutes.
- Add veggies and more dressing (enough to cover). Cook 10 more minutes.
- Put rice onto plate and top with stir fry mixture.
- Add soy sauce and chow mein noodles if desired.
