- 6 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 cups 1% low-fat milk (cold)
- 16 ounces Cool Whip
- 3 (3 1/2 ounce) packages French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (18 ounce) package Oreo cookies (finely crushed)
directions
- Crush oreos using blender or food processor; consistency should be fine.
- Cream together butter, cheese, and powdered sugar.
- Slowly add milk, cool whip, and pudding mix.
- Layer in "flower pot" (tall serving dish), althernating between pudding and oreo crumbs-about 3 layers.
- *Tip: choose an opaque dish; if you use a trifle or clear bowl you will go crazy trying to layer this neatly!
