Dee's Cajeta Caramel Sweet Potatoes

"Needed to use up caramel sauce; uses canned sweet potatoes; fast side dish."

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons cajeta caramels, mexican goat caramel sauce
• 1 (15 ounce) can sweet potatoes
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

directions

1. Melt butter in skillet.
2. Add brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. When bubbling add caramel sauce; stir.
4. Add can of sweet potatoes, juice and all.
5. add lemon juice
6. Cook down to a glaze.
