- 1 (12 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 -9 inches pie shells
directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 450.
- 2. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.
- 3. Bake 20 min, then reduce to 350 and continue baking 35 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- 4, Cool before serving - can serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
