Super easy to make. I used stir fry beef that was already cut up at the supermarket. I don't like mushrooms so I used garlic and onion flavored spaghetti sauce. I used strips of green pepper as well as onion. The flavor was okay...my problem was I couldn't get my taste buds to accept pepper steak with spaghetti sauce instead of a brown sauce. Having grown up on Asian cuisine, I guess the pepper steak with spaghetti sauce was just too much of a culture clash for me. Don't get me wrong, it didn't taste bad...just different. Made for PAC Spring 2013.
