Crock-Pot Smothered Chinese Pepper Steak

"This recipe came from a friend at Holloman AFB in New Mexico many many Many years ago. Have adjusted it a little over the years and I now use whole wheat flour and a Lite Soy Sauce but the flavor remains the same."

  • Put steak, flour, pepper in Crock-Pot. Stir until well coated.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
  • (High for 4 hours).
  • Remove cover to thicken.
  • Serve over Noodles or Rice.
