  1. This was great! I am loving getting to try all the new recipes with each ZWT and am finding a new and unique potato salad with each and every tour. We have a lot of gatherings and cookouts during the weather permitting months and you can't have too many potato salads. What's great about this one is that it isn't likely to be a potato salad many people have tried before and variety is a good thing, you know! Could not find creole mustard around here, go figure, so just used the creole mustard recipe that is posted by Mysterygirl, which was a lovely substitution. Yeah!! So thanks for sharing this recipe and I'm looking forward to sharing it too! =) Made for ZWT 5 for the Genies of Gourmet.

  2. WOW!!! This is awesome potato salad. I am so bummed that I only made two servings. (I'm the only one in the family who likes potato salad). I am not a big fan of heavy mayo based potato salads however; as soon as I saw the creole mustard in this recipe I knew I had to give it a try. I think the next time I make it, I will add just a pinch more horseradish as I love the added bite it gives this dish. I will be enjoying my second serving alongside some crock pot barbecue chicken tonight. Definitely will be enjoying this potato salad often during the summer. Thanks for sharing this recipe Dreamgoddess! Made and reviewed for the 29th AUS/NZ Recipe Swap.

  3. Zippy!! This is definately one for the adults! This is a delicious salad that DH, our 16-yr old, and I really enjoyed. We had it with sandwiches for lunch but it would be great with brats or grilled meats. Thanks Dreamgoddess - we'll stir this together again. Made for Ali Baba's Babes for ZWT5.

  4. We all loved this potato salad recipe. Most definitely not your norm, the addition of horseradish, red peppers, and creole mustard made this a special treat. Prepared this earlier in the day, for dinner that night, and the combination of all seasonings melded together into a wonderful, tasty, (with just a little kick) extravaganza. Did not change a thing, this came out perfect just the way it was. Oh yes, I added one thing, (because I love it so) ground pepper. Truly wonderful, Dreamgoddess! Made for *ZWT3 07*

  5. Looks like ordinary potato salad; until you take a bite! The creole mustard, red pepper flakes and horseradish give it a great flavor kick, without being overwhelming. I will use this recipe again. Thanx for posting it!
