Creamy Scrambled Eggs for a Crowd

"OK..I know you are cringing when you see this is a microwave recipe for eggs! When faced with a gang of overnight guests you may want to give this a try. These are the softest scrambled eggs ever. If you choose a decent looking micro safe bowl you can even serve directly from it, meaning less clean up. Try these for your family and just reduce the size. I promise you will like them"

  1. I am giving this a 4 star because even though I loved them, DH didn't like them at all. He is not a fan of cream cheese or very rich foods, but I am. These eggs are very tasty!!

  3. Wow! I'll never use the skillet again! I omitted the cream cheese and instead replaced some of the milk with heavy cream, then stirred in some shredded cheese. I also actually used these in breakfast burritos and made the task 50 times easier! Thanks!

  4. This was a tremendous hit for our Church breakfast!I had the recipe printed up because so many people wanted it! I used 2 batches & the timing was perfect. As soon as I served the first batch I started the 2nd batch. The taste was creamy& rich. The texture was nice & fluffy. We use this at home , using the individual serving s of the cream cheese.

  5. These really are creamy and delicious. I used this for my Christmas brunch, and it served a dozen people with some leftover. I didn't use the Accent seasoning, because I don't know what it is(?)and I also left out the tabasco sauce because we never use it. I don't know that the taste suffered though, because the eggs just tasted rich and creamy.

I live in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to run into Recipezaar around Nov. 2000 and got hooked quickly. I am a cookbook collector and have been collecting recipes for as long as I can remember. My DH had to build in shelves for all my cookbooks! I like to dabble with OAMC and for a few years hosted the Budget/OAMC forum with some great people over there. Even though I don't work in the forum any longer I've set up a lot of cookbooks for the purpose of OAMC and stretching food that might be helpful. Please feel free to check them out! I go on food jags and cooking jags! Please come say hi to me and chat on facebook. I currently host a blog for saving money through finding deals and coupons if you are interested. Most of the time I try to cook and have a good dinner on the table but I'll be honest enough to say there is still fast food occasionally in the budget! I have had such wonderful support here whenever I need it. Thank you all for being here! Just a quick note on how I rate recipes: ? 5 stars - This recipe is perfect. (My DH is truly a critic and doesn't give 5's unless it's amazing) I would recommend it to others and would definitely make again. ? 4 stars - This recipe was good but I would change something in it next time. ? 3 stars - This is a recipe I would not make again but it was OK ? 2 stars - This recipe I would not make again and we didn't like it at all ? 1 star - This recipes did not work out/taste was unappealing and wouldn't make again
