Loved this recipe! Such a simple way to do something different for tacos. The only substitution I made was to use a can of Ro-Tel instead of salsa because that's usually what I throw in with the meat when I make tacos. This filling was so addictive! I used it to make taco salads the first night and wrapped it up in a tortilla for lunch the next day. So good both times! Definitely a keeper :)

A great, simple, quick and tasty recipe. I used Recipe #66591 for the taco seasoning, instead of store bought one, which worked fine. The only thing I changed, was to add a small chopped onion to the ground beef, as that's what I usually do, plus I didn't have any green onion for the topping and I used low fat cream cheese. I also skipped the sour cream topping as I'm trying to reduce calories a little and thought it was creamy enough with the cream cheese and regular cheese anyways. I'll definietly be making these again, and everyone really enjoyed them.
