ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
¹⁄₂ cup vegetable oil

directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into a 9x13 greased or sprayed cake pan. bake at 350 for 30-35 minute.
