DIRECTIONS

  • Beat together eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.
  • Mix in Lemon zest and juice.
  • Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
  • Fold in cranberries.

  • Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes .
