"This is a twist on plain Cranberry Sauce. The sauce is not to tart and the texture is from the grapes and not the berries."

  • Place all ingredients in a sauce pot. Cook on high heat until mixture starts to boil. Stirring occasionally until cranberries pop. Lower heat to medium and using the back of a large wooden spoon, squeeze the grapes against the side of pot or use a potato masher to pop grapes, leaving some whole. The pectin from the grapes and sugar will thicken the sauce as well as the heat the reducing the mixture.

I started cooking and baking at a young age. Everything I made never turned out. I always added way to much of every ingredient. I received the Joy of Cooking from my Sis, who happens to have a gazillion receipes posted on this site. I then became an average cook who can now whip up something as simple as pancakes from scratch without looking in a book. I'm always looking for new recipes and something different to make. The only days I am able to cook are my days off. That leaves me with Sundays. I love to prepare breakfast and dinner.-(everyone is on their own for lunch)<img src=http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg>
