I made this for my lunch today...I went to two stores yesterday for fresh crab meat...but had to use a can that I had in the pantry...I made just one serving (for me)...I loved the dressing...it had just the right amount of heat for me...I used raw onion instead of dried...very easy to prepare...thanks for posting it...+)

So good that I am nearly at a loss for words ... but not quite. Crabmeat is curiously not to be found here & we hoard the meager supply we get on trips, so I used my ever reliable Icelandic baby shrimp, halved the recipe for 2 of us & made exactly as written. The dressing is great & the recipe so easy-to-fix + ingredient friendly. Thx for posting this instant favorite for us. We loved it!

This dish is outstanding Lazyme. My dh & I loved it. I used the shrimp option, I didn't add the tomatoes as I didn't have any. It was excellant without. I can see were they would just add to this dish. The dressing is wonderful, sweet and tangy, it compliments the salad and shrimp perfectly without overpowering them....Kudos on a recipe that I will make again & again. Thanks so much for sharing.
