- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 8 ounces cooked crabmeat (not the imitation)
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- melba rounds or cracker
directions
- Slowly melt butter in heavy saucepan.
- Add onion and saute until soft.
- Add spinach to onion mixture.
- Add crab meat and cheese.
- Stir until just heated.
- Add pepper sauce.
- Serve with melba rounds.
