DIRECTIONS

  • Slowly melt butter in heavy saucepan.
  • Add onion and saute until soft.
  • Add spinach to onion mixture.
  • Add crab meat and cheese.
  • Stir until just heated.
  • Add pepper sauce.
  • Serve with melba rounds.
