Corned Beef and Cabbage

- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 1⁄2 - 3 lbs corned beef brisket
- 1 cup apple juice
- 4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 6 whole cloves
- 6 pieces cabbage, small wedges
directions
- Place onions in Crockery Pot. Trim fat from Brisket. If necessary, cut meat to fit into Crockery Pot: place on top of onions. In a bowl combine apple juice, sugar, orange peel, mustard, adn cloves; pour over brisket. Place cabbage on top of meat. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours (high 5-6 hours).

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
