Cold Strawberry Soup

• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 3-4

ingredients

• 2 cups sour cream
• 3 cups 2% low-fat milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 pint washed strawberry
• 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons honey

• Garnish

• sliced strawberry

directions

1. Blend all indreds.
2. (Add more milk if too thick, more sour cream if too thin).
3. Serve cold.
4. This soup will keep 2 days in the refrigerator.
