Cold Corn Salad

"This is a wonderful summer side dish. Fast, easy, and perfect for hamburgers and hotdogs (or anything else on the grill)."

• Yields: 3 cups
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
• 1 (8 ounce) can mixed corn, drained
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Chill for at least two hours.
3. Serve.
