- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire powder
- 3 tablespoons coarse black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of minced garlic (dehydrated)
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried mustard
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1⁄2 tablespoon mace
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried thyme
directions
- mix all spiced together in a large mixing bowl.
- transfer to a spice grinder or coffee grinder that's been cleaned well. Grind until a fine powder has been achieved. This step ensures even coverage of spices. You can skip it if you prefer a more hearty grind on your steaks.
- store in an airtight container in a cool area.
