DIRECTIONS

  • Heat milk, add poppy seeds and remove from heat.
  • Beat together apple puree, sugar and eggs.
  • Sift dry ingredients and stir into apple mix.
  • Add milk and poppy seeds, lemon juice and rind.
  • Cook at 180 (degrees c) for approx 1 hour.
