- 1 egg
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Beat butter and sugar to a cream.
- then add egg, flour, baking powder, salt, peanuts and cocoa.
- make into balls and bake 180C degrees for 15 minutes.

Check biscuits at 12 minutes depending on how hot your oven is, so they don't get too overcooked. Once they have cooled down they harden up anyway, so DO NOT leave them in the oven too long and overcook them otherwise you will have cookies that'll break some teeth. Cut down the sugar to 1/2 cup Also, I use the Woolworths brand of cocoa as it is the darkest and strong-flavored cocoa on the market. Also, the Woolworths peanuts in their snack isle are perfect for this recipe, with no skin on them as well.Reply
