Just made this for my Christmas cookie trays. My daughter in-law loves rice krispies and coconut, so she'll love these. Such a simple and easy cookie to make with such tasty results. These will fly off the plate I'm sure! Seasoned chef was even so kind to answer my question (the same day that I asked it) about whether or not these can be frozen. Her response was that they keep very well in an air-tight container for a couple of months.
