I love this recipe! I make extra sauce and set some aside. I brush the meat with the glaze and allow it to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, and brush on more while cooking. I then use the saved sauce to spoon over meat while eating. DELICIOUS!

I found these to be just ok. I used pork chops about 1/2" thick, and marinated them in the maple/orange/chipotle mixture for a few hours before grilling. I also brushed the leftover marinade on the chops while grilling, but found that the flavor did not really penetrate the meat as much as I'd like.

This has a very nice balance between sweet and spicy. Best of all it is so easy to make. I used pork loins when I prepared mine last night. I can't wait to make this one again!! Made for *Zaar Tag Game 2010*

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
