Good and easy to make. I doubled the recipe but used a pound of ground beef that I already had cooked in the freezer. I also used petite diced tomatoes as that is all I buy. I didn't add the optional crushed red peppers as I thought it was perfectly seasoned. Really quick to make. I froze for lunches.

Cannot thank u enough for this recipe AND the helpful hints!! To my meat-lovin' hubby, 1/4 lb beef wouldn't have been enough so adding the extra meat made a big difference (i used extra lean)!! I used chili beans & tomatoes that were "chili-seasoned," plus i used all the seas listed. I totally did a flip when hubby said it tasted great; he just loved it! He served it w/ low fat mexican cheese & crushed tortilla chips on top. Thanks so much for sharing!!

Even though I haven't been here for a long time, MY recipes aren't up for adoption. :) And don't change any of them either. ;)
