- 2 1⁄2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 1⁄4 cups diced celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup durkee's relish sandwich spread
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix chicken and celery with enough Special Dressing to moisten (Mayo and Durkee's). Taste; season with salt and pepper. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with Tomato Aspic ring and green stuffed olives.
