Ingredients: 4 lbs chicken, cubed; 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt; 2 medium onions, finely chopped; 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped; 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika; 3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika; 1/2 teaspoon saffron thread, diluted in; 1 tablespoon warm water; 1/2 cup mint (finely chopped); salt (to taste)

4 lbs chicken, cubed
1 ¹⁄₂ cups plain yogurt
2 medium onions, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
¹⁄₂ teaspoon hot paprika
³⁄₄ teaspoon sweet paprika
¹⁄₂ teaspoon saffron thread, diluted in
1 tablespoon warm water
¹⁄₂ cup mint (finely chopped)
salt (to taste)

directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and marinate overnight.
Grill over hot coals or in broiler for 10 minutes. Brush with marinade periodically.
