  1. My husband and I really liked the flavor of these chicken burgers. The sour cream and onion soup mix made them moist and flavorful. We used the onion buns and added a slice of cheddar cheese. A great light dinner for use. Thanks.

  2. We thought these burgers were excellent. Very simple to make so my kids got to help. They turned out very juicy and tender. The onion soup loads them up with flavor. We grilled them on the old George Foreman because it was just too cold to grill outside. Turned out just fine.

  3. Very good chicken (turkey) burgers NurseDi!! There was a special on ground turkey, so we had turkey burgers, I'm sure it worked just as well as the chicken. Nice touch, the sour cream with the onion soup mix. We used Cheese buns and added a nice slice of Jalapeno harvarti cheese with the tomatoes. We will be making these again, thanks for sharing!

  4. These made great burgers. I used no-fat sour cream to ease up on the fat grams which worked fine. The patties were moist and I liked the slight savoriness the onion soup mix added to the flavor. I used onion rolls like you suggested and that was a great idea. Everyone in this family agreed these burgers were the best. Thanks

  5. So good. My family loves these

Tweaks

  1. These were very good-- and very moist, which was great. I made a few substitutions-- ground turkey instead of chicken, plain yogurt instead of sour cream, and half oatmeal/ half bread crumbs. My mixture was a little dry and not sticking together (probably due to the oatmeal), so I added about three more tablespoons of yogurt and it worked out fine. Next time I'll try adding some canned chili peppers like I do when making beef hamburgers. Thanks for a tasty recipe that's "legal" on our new diet! :)
