Cheesy Chicken and Pasta Shell Casserole

- 1 (8 ounce) box medium pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting the salt.
- Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat, add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Cook 2-3 minutes add bell pepper.
- Cook until pepper is tender and chicken is no longer pink in centers.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, 3/4 cup cheese, and cooked pasta.
- Transfer mixture to prepared dish, and sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
- bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts, and mixture is bubbly.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
