Carla's Pineapple Honey Mustard Dressing
"A delightful twist on plain old honey mustard. For a little more spice, add some more ground mustard. For a little sweeter dressing add a little more pineapple juice and/or honey."

- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt (optional)
directions
- Blend all ingredients together with a wisk. (Honey will mix in a better if it is slightly warm). Store in the refrigerator.
