DIRECTIONS

  • Boil potatoes in enough water with salt.
  • Drain.
  • In large skillet add olive oil, potatoes, onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, cloves, paprika and salt to taste.
  • Let simmer a few minutes, while turning occassionally.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve in large serving bowl and decorate with the cilantro.
