  • Shape meat into marble-sized balls.
  • Heat onion, tomatoes, peppers and water to the boiling point in a skillet; add meat and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Add potatoes, season with salt and continue cooking for ten minutes.
  • Serve on toast.
