  2. Although this doesnt taste like maple syrup, it is actually even better! It has the combination of vanilla and cinammon in the syrup which makes up the main flavour of this syrup. Goes really well with pancakes.

  3. I was looking for a way to stretch out my maple syrup to save money.(It's expensive in Australia and I hate the flavoured stuff). I added 250ml maple syrup, the cinnamon and vanilla. It was wonderful, made about 1 litre. I think the cinnamon and vanilla with the coffee really gives it something special. Thank you so much.

  4. Really good! I never have maple syrup on hand, but felt like making pancakes for brunch. I'm glad I found this recipe, as your syrup tastes better than regular maple syrup. I went with vanilla/cinnamon instead of maple flavoring, and loved it. The coffee flavor is what really makes the syrup exceptional though- thanks for sharing.

  5. I've made a lot of different homemade syrup recipes. I would never have thought of using coffee! I really like the deeper flavor it gives. I used maple flavoring and cinnamon. I also just reheated yesterday's cold coffee so it didn't go to waste. It's not "karo" syrup thick but it's thicker than just a sugar water syrup. Really nice. I will definitely make this again. Thank you.
