I made this on June 30, a day of extreme humidity from way too much rain. The reason I mention that is to explain why I made it with iced coffee and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. I used Malibu rum here and the whole thing turned out to be wonderful. Hip hip hooray for little. :D

What's not to like about this luscious drink? I also didn't use sugar, and I didn't use a sugar substitute. I felt the whipped cream and amaretto added enough sweetness. Thanks for sharing this delight!!

Great winter treat! I used Splenda rather than sugar and light whipped cream. Super indulgent recipe!
