Tripped over this while looking to see if one could substitute regular milk for Buttermilk. I didn't exactly find the answer but this was a good solution. Now I just need white vinegar or Lemon juice. LOL
- Ready In:
- Place a Tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice in a liquid measuring cup.
- Add enough milk to bring the liquid up to the one-cup line.
- Let stand for five minute. Then, use as much as your recipe calls for.
