ingredients
- 5 1⁄4 ounces boursin cheese, garlic and herb flavor cheese
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 12 eggs, hard-boiled
directions
- Combine Boursin and sour cream in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Halve the eggs length-wise and add the yolks to the Boursin mixture.
- Mash yolks into the mixture and combine well.
- Stuff Boursin mixture into the egg white halves.

GORGEOUS! So simple and yet such a great idea for tasty stuffed eggs, we love these! I made 4 - for the two of us - and served them with Recipe #301882 and a side salad of mixed leaves with crusty bread. A fabulous decadent twist on your typical deviled eggs. Like several other reviewers, I added a bit of salt and pepper to the filling. You might also have to adjust the amount of sour cream to get the correct consistency for the filling. I don't make deviled eggs often, but this is now my go to recipe. Thanks Starry.
