  1. I didn't add the bread crumbs and it was still delicious.

  2. I served this with Inez's Yogurt Sesame Chicken, I added some finley diced boiled Kolrabi to make it go a little further as I did not have enough Bok Choy, it is really tasty...

  3. The addition of nutmeg gave the dish a strange flavor. Otherwise, this is a delicious dish. I will try it again with different seasonings!

  4. We liked this-- also our intro to bok choy. I like the idea of adding scallions and might try that next time. I cooked the bok choy early in the day and finished the dish when I got home from work-- made for a quick green veggie!

  5. I never made anything with bok choy, and my plan was to find an oriental side dish to go with my chicken, but I am really glad that I tried this recipe instead! So creamy and delicious. I love finding new ways to make veggies so I will be more likely to get my kids to eat them! LOL I didn't have swiss, so i used shredded cheddar and I used whole milk. I added parmesean cheese, chopped scallions and fresh parsley too! YUMMY!!! Thank U for sharing.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
