Neat recipe! I rarely make microwave dishes, but I liked how this served two. I was impressed with the topping, since it gets nice and crunchy (I didn't know that was possible in the microwave!). The filling was nice and thick with the right amount of sweetness. Thanks Mums the Word, for posting a recipe I will make again and again. Roxygirl
