Blueberry Crisp

This is a delicious blueberry crisp that was shared by Trisha G. at another site. I've tried several bb recipes over the summer and my eldest son prefers this.

ingredients
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 cup unsifted flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
directions
- Place fruit in ungreased 8 x 8" baking pan*.
- Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon; blend in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle/spread over fruit.
- Bake 35-40 minutes at 350° or until browned--if using a glass-baking pan, reduce oven temperature to 325°.

WOW Made for Photo tag 2009. I really enjoyed this recipe and the simplicity of making it. I would have liked more topping but that is just me. I was suprised to see the mayonaise and it peaked my interest so I made this and enjoyed for dinner. Thank you for a quick and simple recipe that I will make often. I used frozen strawbwerries I picked this summer.Reply
