BLT Rice Salad
- Ready In:
- 3 cups cooked rice, cooled to room temperature
- 4 -6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbed
- 1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Combine rice, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl; toss lightly.
